Peterson Construction, LLC is a Richmond-based commercial construction company specializing in restaurant construction. It is the mission of Peterson Construction, LLC to provide quality construction of a project, delivered to its clients in a timely manner on or under budget. Through this goal, it is our intention to build lasting relationships with clients and sub-contractors throughout the industry.

Our competition is typically a larger construction firm with substantial overhead. Our experience in the past has proven that a smaller construction company, with aggressive pricing and low overhead, can have the competitive edge in this industry. We intend to maintain that aggressive pricing and low overhead in our quest to secure contracts, maintain relationships, and deliver the quality product expected by our national clientbase.

The restaurant construction industry has continually been active over the past ten years. With this growth throughout the industry, our team of experienced professionals has had the opportunity to refine many of their skills in workmanship, quality assurancand effective project execution.

Bruce Peterson, Owner, has successfully completed over seventy restaurants in the past thirteen years, and brings with him relationships with many national restaurants, architectural firms, and sub-contractors. These relationships, as expressed by many of the principals of the firms, will continue throughout the years. It is our sincere hope that not only will we maintain those established relationships, but will garner new ones as we establish a new restaurant construction venue for all of your roll-out, expansion and renovation needs.
